'Sunset' is a spacious hilltop bungalow which stands alone in a quiet corner of his own private grounds, with beautiful expansive countryside views over Penwith, having off the road private parking and glimpses of the sea over stunning open countryside. It is situated six miles from Penzance and St Ives, ten miles from Helston and only one mile from the 'three miles of golden sand beach' at Hayle, with smaller beaches and coves nearby. A forty minute drive will take you to Land's End. Near at hand are many sporting facilities, golf, pitch and putt, fishing, swimming, horse riding, skittles and bird watching at the Hayle Estuary. There are also Historic houses and tropical gardens to browse with many lovely walks. The village of St. Erth is only half a mile down the hill and has an excellent self service grocery, post office, pub, church and chapel. The main railway station to Paddington is just one and a half miles away. Accommodation 'Sunset' consists of a spacious open plan lounge/diner/kitchen with colour television. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezer, washing machine, electric cooker and microwave etc. Bedroom 1 has a double bed with duvet and bedroom 2 has twin beds with duvets. The bathroom is equipped with bath and seperate shower cubicle, washbasin, shaver point, W.C., heated towel rail and fan heater. Heating is provided in 'Sunset' by night store heaters and all rooms are carpeted except the hall, bathroom and kitchen/diner.
