The Sundeck is a compact, and well equipped holiday bungalow suited for 4, but can sleep 6, situated in the heart of Polzeath with a very short level walk (less than 25 yards) to the beach, shops, cafe, restaurant, takeaways and pubs. The Sundeck is tastefully decorated, and fully equipped with all mod-cons.

Whist staying at The Sundeck, we provide you with complimentary membership to the nearby Retallack Resort Spa and Leisure Club. This entitles you to free use of the 5 star spa, pools and fitness suite during your stay.

The accommodation is well presented, and benefits from Satellite TV, DVD, Video, Playstation, washing machine, and dishwasher.

Bedroom 1 is a double, and bedroom 2 is a twin, the open plan living room has a double sofa bed. The kitchen is well equipped, and the shower room has a good electric shower giving limitless hot showers.

The South West Facing sundeck is approximately 20 feet by 20 feet and is excellent for dining outside.

POLZEATH

Polzeath is a seaside village with a lovely golden sand surf beach, situated at the mouth of the Camel Estuary.

All the shops in Polzeath are within 50 yards of The Properties and sell a wealth of items, but of particular note is the well stocked supermarket.

The sundeck is a conveniently positioned bungalow for all that the camel estuary has to offer, but also is perfectly positioned if you just want to leave the car in the allocated space all week and enjoy living by the sea.
