Stones-Throw is a newly constructed executive style 4 bedroom detached house. Situated within walking distance to Mullion village and with easy access down to Polurrian beach via a bridleway. All mod cons are included like Sky+, plasma TV and wi-fi internet access.

Mullion Cove

Entered into the large and airy hallway with downstairs cloakroom and stairs off to the first floor. Straight through to the large, fully equipped kitchen, with ceramic floor and oak coloured units. With electric double oven and hob with extractor over, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave. The separate utility area has sink unit, washing machine and vented tumble dryer. The dining area is just off the kitchen and has a large wooden table with seating for 7 people. Double doors lead out onto the large patio which gets the afternoon sun.

The lounge (sea views) has comfy seating for 7 people, coffee table, 42" wall-mounted plasma TV, Sky+ (Basic package), DVD and VHS player.

Upstairs are 4 bedrooms (1 en-suite) and the family bathroom. Bedroom 1 (sea views) is a large king size bedroom, with 5ft bed, bed side tables and lamps, treble built-in wardrobes and a chest of drawers. En-suite shower room is fully tiled and has double size cubicle, heated towel rail, matching hand basin and toilet

Bedroom 2 has double bed, bed side tables and lamps and a double wardrobe. Bedroom 3 (sea views) has twin 3ft single beds, bed side tables and lamps and built in double wardrobe. Bedroom 4 has a single 3ft bed, bed side table and lamp and built-in wardrobe. Family bathroom is fully tiled and has bath with mixer shower over, matching hand basin and toilet, shaver point and heated towel rail.

Outside is a driveway with parking for 3 cars. The rear garden is enclosed, with large patio (garden furniture provided) and the rest laid to lawn.
