ACCOMMODATION

Upstairs:

Three Bedrooms: One single room; One twin bedroom with a small colour T.V. enjoying lovely views from the adjoining balcony; One double bedroom with walk-in wardrobe and access to the same balcony. All bedrooms have duvets and sheets provided. The Bathroom consists of toilet, hand-basin and shower.

Downstairs: OPEN PLAN.

Kitchen: Fully fitted with cupboards and work tops. Electric Cooker with solid hob rings, microwave, fridge freezer and all cooking utensils.

Dining Room: Table, chairs and tea trolley. Access to Sun Lounge with sofa, chairs and table allowing you to relax and drink in the lovely views. Colour TV provided.

Lounge: Settee and Two-arm chairs, colour TV& Video Recorder, & DVD Player. A cosy room to relax in.

All rooms are tastefully furnished and decorated. The Cottage is Economy Seven Centrally Heated, the cost being included in price charged.

Outside:

Joining the cottage there is a utility room with Washing Machine and Tumble Dryer and sink and separate Toilet.

Gardens: Delightful old world gardens with well established fishpond. Adequate parking is available.

LOCATION

The legend of King Arthur attracts visitors of all nationalities to Tintagel and there are numerous places of interest in the surrounding area. The shops of Tintagel can cope with all the needs of the holidaymaker. There is a wide variety of accommodation, restaurants, character pubs and quality retail outlets.

The historic buildings such as "The Old Post Office", St Materianas Church, the ruined Castle, King Arthur's Hall of Chivalry and the Chapel of Our Lady of Fontevrault, are worth more than just a day visit. Complemented by the hamlets of Treknow, Tregatta and Trewarmett and many other places to explore, Tintagel is an ideal base for holidaymakers all year round.
