The living area of Bluewater is open-plan and spacious with quality fittings and appliances throughout including a 32inch HD TV. The master bedroom has an en-suite shower room and has patio doors and juliette balcony with splendid views across the harbour.

Lounge, Kitchen And Dining Area
- this is an open-plan living, dining and kitchen area finished to a very high standard. The lounge area has a quality leather corner suite and stylish glass coffee table. There is also 32inch Sony Bravia widescreen HD TV and a HD ready DVD player.

The dining area
- has a stylish and contempary 6 person glass dining table with six white leather dining chairs. The kitchen area is fully fitted with integrated washer / dryer and fridge / freezer. There is also a dishwasher, microwave, DAB radio, and quality granite work surfaces.

- the family bathroom is on the first floor and is fully tiled with both bath and shower facilities.

Bedroom 1
- the master bedroom, also on the first floor, has a double bed with fitted wardrobes and a fully tiled en-suite shower room. This room also has a TV and has patio doors opening on to a Juliette balcony with excellent harbour views.

- this room on the second floor has a double bed and fitted wardrobes and again has excellent views over the harbour area.

The property has gas central heating throughout and all gas and electricity is included in the rental. All bed linen and towels are provided. A CRB checked baby sitting service is also available.
