The property has steps from Back Road East to the front door of the property which opens on to the staircase rising to the landing. The landing has doors leading to:

• The Lounge -is light and airy with seating for up to 6 people. It has a TV, DVD player, video player and digibox. It has a beamed ceiling and wooden floors

Our new property Bluewater is a 3 bedroom fishermans cottage with fantastic views over the Harbour area of St Ives. The living area of Bluewater is open-plan and spacious with quality fittings and appliances throughout including a 32inch HD TV. The master bedroom has an en-suite shower room and has patio doors and juliette balcony with splendid views across the harbour.

• Lounge, Kitchen And Dining Area - this is an open-plan living, dining and kitchen area finished to a very high standard. The lounge area has a quality leather corner suite and stylish glass coffee table. There is also 32inch Sony Bravia widescreen HD TV and a HD ready DVD player.
  
• The dining area - has a stylish and contempary 6 person glass dining table with six white leather dining chairs. The kitchen area is fully fitted with integrated washer / dryer and fridge / freezer. There is also a dishwasher, microwave, DAB radio, and quality granite work surfaces.
