Spinneywood is a luxury holiday home in a stunning location with an acre of garden and just a short walk from Flushing Beach Gillan, on the mouth of the Helford River. It is close to the coastal path in an area of outstanding natural beauty and has spectacular coastal views from almost every room.

ACCOMMODATION

Spinneywood sleeps up to 8 people in stylish comfort and is equipped with every modern convenience you would need for a wonderful home from home holiday.

All on one level, the living areas are light and spacious with a wood-burning stove to create a mood-evoking environment. The bathrooms are fully tiled with heated towel rails and contemporary fittings. The bedrooms are restful and serene, with soft luxurious quilts and fine cotton bedlinen, so you can unwind and have a peaceful nights sleep.

GARDEN

The magnificent displays of Agapanthus, Lillies, Camellias and Rhododendrons, the sound of laughter and sails flapping in the breeze, make this sub-tropical garden the perfect escape from everyday life and a delight to be in at any time of the year.

It is a great place for children to run free, use up their endless supply of energy and tap into their imagination.

For the less energetic, there is a terraced area to enjoy a relaxing drink, watch the world go by and admire the views of Gillan Creek and the Helford River coastline.

LOCATION

Secluded and private without being isolated, Spinneywood enjoys an elevated position above Gillan Creek, one of the seven creeks off the Helford River and is ideally placed for exploring the whole of Cornwall.

Flushing and Gillan Beaches are only a short stroll away and at low water you can walk to St Anthony, which is popular for hiring boats and arranging a mooring.
