We
are equal distance to both north and south coast about 15/20 mins.
Within easy reach of The Lizard Peninsula and Lands End.
The annex is based upon a smallholding with a variety
of different animals such as, dogs, cats, llamas and chickens. It is set
within ten acres of farmland. It is a rural location with no traffic noise
at all, just right for people looking for peace and quiet.
The location offers a wide variety of bridle footpaths
that are suitable for walkers and cyclists. Also we have a variety of
beaches surrounding us that offer all year round dog walking.
We are one mile from Stithians Lake that offers all year
round water sports. (Includes fly fishing). Next to the lake there the
public house The Golden Lion that offers excellent bar meals and evening
dining within the restaurant.
We are central to Helston, Falmouth and Truro and within
easy reach of the A30 which can take you straight to the Eden Project.
We are two miles from the nearest shop at Four Lanes with
comprehensive shopping facilities at pool
(approx. 4 miles).
Directions
To find us get off A 30 at Redruth go through and head
towards Helston, this is signposted B3297 Helston. Go straight through
the village of four lanes past nine maidens day centre take the next turning
left to Carnmenelis this road is very twisty after about one mile you
come to a cattery at the top of the hill go past this to the bottom where
you will come to a very sharp left hand bend turn right onto an unmade
road you will go past a small cottage with round chimneys bare to the
right go all the way to top of track to a tee junction go strait through
gate at top. There is a stone with our name on top of the wall. You have
found us.
