THE APARTMENT

The apartment is ideally located for exploring the coast and the many beaches in the surrounding area and is a good base for visiting the other famous attractions nearby such as The Eden Project, The Lost Gardens of Heligan, Trebah and Tresco Abbey.

Sleeping four adults comfortably (with a further two single sofa beds providing for upto six), the accommodation comprises lounge, kitchen, master double bedroom with en-suite, twin bedded room and separate bathroom.

Lounge The beautiful lounge, with 10-foot patio doors leading to the patio / balcony commands breathtaking views. Furnished to a high standard, with comfortable furnishings, leather sofas and wood flooring, this room has a light and airy feel. Includes dining table for six, flat screen television, Playstation and single sofabed.

Patio The enclosed private patio / balcony with table and chairs provides a perfect location for al-fresco dining or simply watching harbour life sail past.

Kitchen A well equipped and thought through kitchen with picture window looking towards Flushing. Includes microwave, dishwasher, large fridge freezer, washing machine / dryer and an abundance of kitchen items to make the apartment feel like home from home

Master Bedroom A stunning room with its own balcony and delightful views across the Fal Estuary. Furnished with double bed, fitted wardrobe, extra single sofa bed and its own fully tiled en-suite.

Bathroom High quality bathroom with a shower above, beautifully decorated, to help you relax and unwind.

Parking Your own dedicated parking space in Packet Quay’s secure underground car park. The access has a restricted height of 75" and is unsuitable for some off-road, high vehicles or those with roof-boxes.

Like many Cornish coastal properties our apartment is only accessible by a flight of steps.
It is beautifully presented with fresh, clean linen and towels. Electricity and heating cost are included in the tariff.
