Self Catering Holiday Cottage St Ives
Lands End
SELF CATERING Holiday Accommodation - Ideal for up to 4 people.
Recently converted detached granite barn within a small
farmhouse complex, this small barn is ideal for up to 4 people.
Situated in an Area of Outstanding
Natural Beauty within three miles of St Ives and ideally placed for
exploring the South West coastal paths that cover this peninsula and eventually
lead you to Lands End. We are on the
edge of moorland, but still close to Cornwall's North and South coasts.
Local places of interest include The
Tate St.Ives, a variety of restaurants, quaint streets and local
craft shops in the town, and beautiful beaches - ideal for both surfers
and sunbathers, the Minnack Theatre
at Porthcurno, St Michaels
Mount opposite Marazion beach at Penzance and popular National
Trust Gardens at Trengwainton and Trelissick.
For those who like to go further afield, it's a simple
matter to take the ship or helicopter from nearby Penzance to the Isles
of Scilly for a day trip.
The Accommodation
The reverse level barn
sleeps up to 4 people on the ground floor in one double and one twin bedroom,
each with en-suite toilet and shower. We provide all bedding, bed linen

need to bring your own beach towels.
Stairs lead up to the light, airy living area, comprising
a sitting room with multi-fuel burning stove, large picture window giving
uninterrupted views over unspoilt moorland, velux roof windows giving
additional light and ventilation, and a 'walk through' to a neat kitchen
/dining room, with double oven electric cooker with halogen hob, fridge,
microwave; all the cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery you need; dishwasher
and automatic washing machine.
The kitchen/dining room
has double doors out onto a small balcony in addition to a window overlooking
the moors and velux roof windows.
For chilly evenings in spring and autumn, and visitors
taking winter breaks, the Barn is kept cosy with oil fired central heating.
We also have TV, DVD, video, mini hi-fi and a selection of books to keep
you entertained indoors. Wireless broadband connection available.
Off road parking inside the grounds, and courtyard garden
