Seaview House located in Newquay town centre offers self catering accommodation with stunning sea views and immediate access onto Towan Beach.

Fully equipped kitchen with modern furniture throughout, the house is able to cater for up to 6 adults sleeping in three large bedrooms.

The house is double glazed with gas central heating throughout and has been recently decorated. In addition an exclusive car parking space is available nearby.

The house is close to all of Newquay's amenities, next to the High Street shops and the most popular town centre pubs/nightclubs - Central, Chy Bar, Corkers, Red Square, Sailors and the Walkabout.

The house is ideal for a holiday with friends next to the beach and the sea, for people to enjoy Newquay's vibrant town centre nightlife.

• Located in Beachfield Avenue next to Beach Road leading down to Towan Beach
• Accommodation is provided at First Floor and the original Roof level of a traditional terraced house
• The First Floor level arrangement comprises a large bedroom, Kitchen/Dining Room, Lounge and Bathroom/Toilet
• The bedroom has timber floors and sleeps 3 adults with a double and single bed
• Fully equipped modern Kitchen/Dining Room with large dining table and chairs, washing machine, tumble dryer, refrigerator, microwave and electric oven with gas hob together with the provision of plates, glasses, cutlery and cooking utensils etc
• Separate Lounge with stunning sea views of Towan Beach. Timber floor with 2 leather sofas, glass coffee table and terrestrial TV
• Fully tiled Bathroom/Toilet with separate shower cubicle, bath toilet and wash basin
• Accommodation within the original roof space comprises a double bedroom and the Master bedroom
• The double bedroom has a timber floor with a double bed and various storage cabinets
• The Master bedroom has stunning sea views of Towan Beach. Timber floor throughout with a double bed, wardrobe, storage drawers and a sofa/bed which easily converts into a comfortable double bed to sleep at least one adult
• Fresh clean bed linen is provided free of charge for all beds as part of the accommodation package with pillows and summer duvets
• Secluded designated Car Parking within a five minute walk of the house is also available free of charge.

• AIR: Newquay Airport is on the outskirts of the town. Approximately 20 minute taxi ride from the house.
• COACH: Coach Station in the town centre within easy reach of the house.
• RAIL: Railway station in the town centre. Approximately 10 minute taxi ride from the house.
• CAR: From Exeter follow the A30 to Newquay. Street map with precise directions to Seaview House will be provided once booking is confirmed.

All group bookings excluding parents are valid for over 18's only. Any person younger than 18 will be refused entry to the house with no refund of money paid.
