Welcome to our superb hotel occupying a commanding position overlooking Polzeath Beach - just three minutes walk away. It enjoys spectacular views of the Cornish coastline up to the rugged Pentire Headland - an area of outstanding beauty.
We have created a friendly, comfortable atmosphere and our 'hands-on' approach will ensure you receive service to the very highest of standards.

Seascape bedrooms
Accommodation consists of fifteen comfortably furnished rooms, all en-suite, complete with tea and coffee, televisions, hairdryers and clock radios. Most rooms have sea views, some have balconies and some four-poster beds.
The
annexe
Three of our rooms are situated on the seaward side of the hotel and form our annexe. All these are equipped to the same high standard as in the main building with the added benefit of patio doors leading into the garden - ideal for those wishing to bring their dogs on holiday.
Seascape dining
Dining at the Seascape, in our non-smoking dining room is a memorable event. Our reputation for good food and well known wines has grown. Through the culinary expertise of our chef, we offer mouth-watering choices changed daily, using local fish, meat and produce. Traditional desserts from our Pudding Club Selection are a real treat. All this and a view across the bay with the pounding waves of the Atlantic and often a spectacular sunset.
Our lounge bar
Our well-stocked lounge bar is a gathering point for guests to enjoy a pre-dinner drink; a place to share friendly company and time with like-minded guests exchanging stories and anecdotes. We also offer locally crafted puzzles for guests to exercise their skills or simply to have fun,
An All Year Round Destination
Seascape is open March to the end of October and is able to offer you early and late season beaks to enjoy the mild climate, traffic free roads. The coastal path in the spring is a carpet of colour and in autumn the sunsets are spectacular. We are only 4 hours from London and 2 hours from Bristol.

Places to see and things to do
The Seascape Hotel is situated in an area of unspoilt, outstanding natural beauty and is just a short journey from many great gardens and attractions Cornwall has to offer. The world famous Eden Project, Lanhydrock, an outstanding National Trust property and the Lost Gardens of Heligan are just a few of the many places well worth a visit. We have six challenging golf courses nearby, including St Enodoc and Trevose. Other places of interest include Tintagel famous for King Arthur's Castle and Pencarrow House near Wadebridge and just a short ferry crossing will bring you the delights of Padstow.
Surfing, swimming and rock pooling are quite superb on Polzeath Beach and windsurfing is popular at Daymer Bay. Walkers and ramblers are in for a real treat, either inland on the Moors, along the rugged north coast footpath from Port Isaac to Polzeath or beside the estuary to Rock.

How to reach us
From the M5 at Exeter, take the A30 signed Okehampton. Remain on the A30 until by-passing the town of Launceston, then take a right onto the A395. Join the A39 to the North of Camelford and turn off onto the B3314 Polzeath road. Watch out for the left fork to Polzeath and take the second turning on the right immediately after passing the Polzeath sign at the top of the hill. You will then be able to park in our own Seascape car park.
