The house has three bedrooms a double, a twin and a large three bedded room, all with washbasins.

The bathroom has bath with shower. The ground floor has an additional cloakroom with shower.

There is a separate dining room, large lounge leading to sunroom, all with extensive sea and estuary views.

For your enjoyment there is a TV, DVD video etc, telephone and broadband are installed.

The kitchen has a large fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dish washer, electric cooker, microwave.

The house is surrounded by a patio giving sheltered panoramic views of the bay and estuary. There are patio chairs a sunshade and a large garage.

There has been a new sunroom now added plus a downstairs shower room.

Location

Trebetherick has a general store, farm shop, cafes and restaurants, and is five minutes by car from Rock, with excellent butcher, baker (who makes fantastic pasties, bread and cakes), fishmonger, and Spar stores, garage etc.

Close by is Rock Sailing Club, Sailing School and St Enodoc Church (which was covered by the sand dunes for hundreds of years, and where John Betjeman is buried)

Close by is a Golf Club, and the ferry to Padstow. Polzeath, famous for its surfing, is 10 minutes walk from the house, along the cliff path, and Daymer Bay with its expanse of sand, off which wind and kite surfers practise acrobatics, is 10 minutes walk in the other direction.

Road Directions

From the roundabout at the top of Wadebridge off the A39, take the Wadebridge exit and proceed to the next mini - roundabout. Take the turning on the right signposted Rock / Polzeath ( B3314 ). Follow this road for approx. 4 miles to the turning for Rock / St. Minver. Take this road to the left and follow the signposts to Trebetherick. Further instructions will be given on booking.
