Sea Breezes is a spacious, sunny, four bedroom family house with sea views. It has a large south facing garden and is situated at the edge of Gorran Haven on a quiet country lane. The beach and shops are a 10 minute walk.

Sea Breezes is a much loved family house. It is traditionally but comfortably furnished and has central heating and fitted carpets throughout. There is ample parking for up to 3 cars and a (75’ x 50’) lawned garden with barbeque area.

Linen is provided and towels are available by arrangement. Electricity and heating is inclusive. Cot and high chair are available.

Sea Breezes has charm and lots of space. Its style evokes a certain nostalgia for beach holidays of childhood. There’s a huge lovely garden, lots of space in the house; a quiet, edge of village location and great sea views. Also a private driveway and plenty of parking space.

Kitchen with electric cooker, microwave, under counter larder fridge; chest freezer (washing machine in separate area). All equipment needed for cooking and dining.

Double bedroom 1: On ground floor with fitted wardrobe, double bed, chest of drawers.
Main ground floor hallway with stairs, dresser, armchair.
Sittingroom: with 28” TV, DVD, armchairs. Window overlooking garden and headland with sea views.
Sunroom: a large southfacing glazed room overlooking the garden, with two dining tables and various armchairs. Door to garden.
Gamesroom: a second reception room with games, books, armchairs, baby grand piano.
Bedroom 2: Ground floor twin bedroom, with lots of windows onto the garden, chest of drawers and wardrobe. Bright and sunny.
Upstairs: Landing. WC and basin.
Bedroom 3: with twin beds, chest of drawers, wardrobe and bookshelves. Window over garden, sea view.
Main bedroom: Double bed, dressing table, chest of drawers, wardrobe. Window overlooking garden with sea view.

Outside Space: Gated driveway from Trewollock Lane.
Gravelled parking area – accommodating at least three cars.
The garden is large and surrounds the house on two sides. It is mainly lawned but has various shrubs and a small orchard. The perimeter has a mature hedge all around.
There is a gravelled area in front of the house with BBQ area and picnic table.
Location: Sea Breezes is on the very edge of the village, with fields behind. The beach and village shops are about a 10 minute walk (downhill) or it’s a short drive to the village carpark.
Trewollock Lane leads out of Gorran Haven along small windy lanes to Mevagissey (3 miles), where there are many more shops and restaurants. A short walk from the house in the direction of Mevagissey takes you to the coastal path at Trewollock farm. The walk to Mevagissey along the cliffs is beautiful and takes about an hour.

QUAY COTTAGE
Canton, Gorran Haven

Quay Cottage is a first floor apartment in the centre of Gorran Haven, 30 yards from the beach, next to the baker’s, in the heart of the village.

So close to the beach that you can pop back in a minute for all those forgotten towels & beach shoes. It is also conveniently situated for breakfast croissants; pasty lunch or chilled white wine from the shop nextdoor.

Linen is provided and towels are available by arrangement. Electricity and heating is inclusive. Cot and high chair are available.

You can see the world go by below you, from a deck chair at the door to Quay Cottage. The entrance is by a flight of wooden stairs, leading to a small south-facing balcony overlooking Canton, the main street and the sunny courtyard garden of Cakebread’s, the village shop and bakery. The courtyard is used to serve teas & light meals during the daytime.
