School View is a Grade II listed cottage situated in the centre of the North Cornish village of St Tudy. The village shop and pub are within easy level walking distance of the cottage.

School View sleeps 6(+2) people in two comfortable bedrooms with twin beds, a small bedroom with two (6ft) bunk beds and additionally there is twin sofa bed in the sitting room. The property is very cosy with background heating in every room, a multi-fuel stove in the sitting room and an open fire in the dining room.

The cottage is fully equipped with a colour TV, DVD player, music centre, a washing machine/dryer, fridge-freezer, microwave oven, dishwasher and an automatic electric cooker with two ovens. Additionally there are two toilets, a bathroom and a separate shower room. Outside there is a spacious patio with a built in barbeque and an enclosed child-friendly garden. There is ample parking for several cars directly outside the front of the cottage. We regret there is a no pet's policy at School View.

The cottage is normally let from Thursday to Thursday so that tenants can avoid the weekend traffic congestion. A 15% deposit is required when booking cheques made out to E.T. Jackson.

Locally the beaches at Rock and Polzeath are within easy reach, as are the Camel Estuary, Camel Trail, Bodmin Moor and the historic fishing village of Port Isaac. Hengar Manor is a local country club open to non-residents and is situated less than a mile away from the cottage. Facilities there include a swimming pool, tennis courts, and a nine-hole pitch and putt golf course.
