A beautifully appointed self catering bungalow peacefully located in private gardens giving magnificent sea views of the Cornish coastline.

The property is situated above the cliff tops of Polurrian Cove and adjoins the National Trust coastal footpath leading to Mullion Cove in an area designated for its outstanding natural beauty.

Recently upgraded and totally re-furbished to the owner's high specification, the property now features a completely newly designed interior offering both a light and airy living space.

The newly appointed double bedroom is large and dual aspect and has an adjoining luxury fitted bathroom that is fully tiled, and features a separate walk-in shower cubicle.

Designed for out-door living the property has a well laid out patio area to the front that is enclosed by local stone walling with high garden fencing making it quiet and secluded and a perfect sun trap. To the rear is a fully decked area that is privately screened by walling with shrubs and pot-plants making it ideally suited for sun-bathing and alfresco dining.

Adding to your holiday experience is free membership to the nearby Polurrian Hotel with its many amenities that include the gardens and outdoor swimming pool as well as the leisure and fitness club with its own sauna and indoor heated swimming pool. At the "Polurrian" you can relax by the poolside or take an afternoon cream tea in the lounge and enjoy the panoramic views of the sea and Cornish coast line.

Location

This unspoilt area is ideal for explorers and walkers alike and is the perfect setting to enjoy the dramatic coastal scenery of Britain's most southerly peninsular, famed for its smugglers haunts, sheltered sandy coves and tiny harbours. Here the climate is renowned for being mild and spring generally comes so much earlier in the year and lasts a little longer than other parts of the country.

The area is also well known for its exotic Cornish gardens that from early Spring to late Autumn are an abundance of colourful plants and a myriad of flowers with some being so rare they are native only to this particular peninsular.

Samphire, a plant that is found clinging to the sea coast, is an apt name for this quietly located bungalow situated at the end of a row of just five other properties in a palm tree setting.
