Salubrious Cottage is situated in the heart of Downalong,
minutes from the harbour and beaches. There is an enclosed rear courtyard
garden, ideal for relaxing on summer evenings.
There
are 3 king size bedrooms and the bathroom is conveniently located
between the rooms. All rooms are equipped with wardrobes, drawers, quality
towels, beach towels, bedding and duck down and feather duvets to ensure
a comfortable and relaxing stay.
The comfortable Lounge, located on the Ground Floor has
a large modern surround sofa a 37” plasma TV and DVD. There is a small
selection of DVDs but please feel free to bring your own selection for
the duration of your stay.
The large kitchen/dining room is located on the lower ground
floor offering a spacious open plan feeling.
The kitchen is fully fitted to include dishwasher, washerdryer,
fridge, freezer, wine cooler, microwave, electric oven with halogen hob
and granite worktops.
There is a dining table which seats 6 people. Access from
the kitchen to the enclosed courtyard garden.

To the second floor is a chill out room with comfortable
seating, music system and views over the harbour. Ideal for relaxing with
a glass of wine in the evening!
There is an enclosed courtyard garden to the rear of the
property, a rarity in St Ives. It is ideal for relaxing on summer evenings
and Al Fresco dining.
