A detached bungalow and stands in its own grounds with views overlooking the sand dunes and the sea at Holywell Bay. A private driveway leads to the front of the property which has a sheltered lawned garden and parking for 2/3 cars. There is a small lawn to one side which leads to the secluded and private seaward garden which has stunning views over the Bay.

• The lounge which is large and' is well furnished with settees and easy chairs, a colour TV, DVD player, a night storage heater and electric fire. The lounge which is on the seaward side of the bungalow looks out over the dunes and sea and has floor to ceiling glass along its full length giving wonderful panoramic views of the Bay. The parquet wooden floor is covered with large rugs. A sliding patio door opens from the lounge onto the seaward lawn.
  
  The dinning room is separated from the lounge by double glass doors, and from the entrance hall by a floor to ceiling glass display unit. It contains a dinning suite for six persons. There is also a second television. The view from the dinning room looks out over the approach driveway and lawn.
• The large kitchen is fully equipped with built in double oven and ceramic hob, a fridge, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave, as well as toaster, kettle, ironing board and steam iron. A small porch containing an upright deep freezer leads to a fenced back garden in which is a rotary clothes dryer.
• Two Bedrooms The largest bedroom contains a double bed and a single bed, and has a patio door leading out onto the side lawn. The second bedroom contains two 3' beds and one 2'6" bed. In addition there is a bed settee in the lounge.
• The large bathroom has a bath with a shower over, built in wall cabinet, heated towel rail, and wall heater. There is a separate lavatory. There is also a night storage heater in the hallway. The running costs of the night storage heaters are included in the tariff.
• A large sun lounge adjoins the small porch on the front of the property and contains garden furniture for use on the patio area forming part of the front lawn.
• The centre of the village is a short 5 minute downhill walk, and the dunes and beach are a couple of minutes further on.

An open plan semi-detached bungalow situated in a small, quiet residential cul de sac, in the centre of the village and close to the beach. The accommodation is for six persons and comprises a lounge and a dining area which are divided from the kitchen by a Formica top unit. The kitchen is fully equipped, including an electric cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave oven and toaster. The lounge is furnished with settees and easy chairs and has a colour television and DVD player. A night storage heater is situated in the dining area the running cost of which is included in the rental and there is also a coal effect electric fire in the lounge

There are two bedrooms, one containing a double bed plus a set of bunk beds, whilst the other contains two single beds and a hand basin. Electric heaters are provided for each bedroom. The tiled bathroom and lavatory contains an airing cupboard, hand basin and wall heater. Sliding patio doors open from the lounge onto a terraced lawned garden, bounded by fencing and hedging and with a picnic bench on the top terrace. There is a front lawn and a tarmac drive, by the side of the bungalow provides parking for two cars.

HOLYWELL BAY

Holywell Beach is a three-quarter mile stretch of golden sands sheltered by sand dunes and headlands. The sea is excellent for surfing and bathing, and the beach is patrolled by RNLI lifeguards from May to September. There are beautiful headland walks leading to the neighbouring beaches of Perranporth and Porth Joke, and at the far end of the beach is the Holy Well - a natural spring in one of the caves, and reputed in olden times to have medicinal powers. The picturesque village of Crantock is within walking distance across Cubert Common.

Holywell Bay is a small coastal hamlet situated six miles from Newquay and Perranporth and can be used as a base for touring all parts of Cornwall. It has three shops (which close out of season) and two inns one of which is the Treguth Inn, a fourteen century thatched character pub. There is an eighteen hold golf course, a pitch and putt course, and also a leisure park nearby. Cubert village, one and a half miles inland, has an ancient church with spire, a post office with general store, shop and restaurant.

Holywell Bay is ideally situated for touring Cornwall and visiting such places as the Eden Project, the City of Truro, picturesque coves and fishing villages such as Padstow and Polperro.
