'Ros' is Cornish for rocky headland referring to Britain's only cape, which you can look out over from the comfort of the sofa. The uninterrupted views from the window down to the sea are breathtaking.

Situated in an area of outstanding natural beauty, this location has recently been awarded World Heritage Status.

There is so much to see and do right on the doorstep such as walking, birdwatching, golfing, surfing, rock climbing, horseriding, swimming, and plenty of interesting towns and picturesque villages to explore.

Accommodation

Located within Nanpean Barn, an impressive granite farm building overlooking Cape Cornwall, Ros View is a newly refurbished extremely comfortable ground floor apartment.

The apartment sleeps four in one double and one twin room. There is private parking, laundry facilities, a communal raised decking area and a BBQ.

Adjacent to Nanpean Barn is Cape Cornwall Golf and Country Club where facilities to non-members include restaurant, bar, sauna, indoor swimming pool and gym.

Ros View operates on a Friday to Friday basis, is non-smoking and well behaved pets are allowed with prior consent.

Location

Ros View overlooks Cape Cornwall and is just a few steps from the stunning Cornish coastal footpath. Cape Cornwall is famous for being the only cape in England and the views out to the Isles of Scilly and beyond are simply breathtaking. The area is famous for its mining heritage and there are many evocative mine ruins dotted about.

As well as the stunning views Cape Cornwall boasts a small working fishing cove called Priest's Cove. The slipway provides easy access to the sea for those wishing to take a quick dip! Immediately adjacent to Ros View is Cape Cornwall Country Golf Club. The club is open to non members and aside from a challenging golf course offers a restaurant and an indoor swimming pool.
