Prices range from £145 - £590 per week Bed Linen available by request. £10.00 double - £8.00 single. Cots and Buggy's available to hire. Dogs accepted only by prior arrangement. Our car park is small and therefore we have to charge £1.50 per day for each extra car.

Roselands caravan and camping park is a traditional 4 star family run park with resident owners who bring a happy, relaxed and friendly approach to the park.

Situated just six miles from Penzance, Roselands is a select development of 15 modern caravans and dedicated pitch sites for tourers, motor homes and campers. Set in pleasant grounds and surrounded by hundreds of acres of typical Cornish Countryside, Roselands is the ideal location for ramblers and bird watchers.

The caravans are set in two separate enclosures and surrounded by mature hedges and shrubs.

All caravans are connected to mains water, electricity and drainage with toilets and showers. Equipped with gas cooker, kettle, toaster, refrigerator, colour television and electric fire, some with microwave. Duvets and pillows are supplied, you will be required to bring your own bed linen, or you can make your holiday a real break, and we can provide freshly laundered sheets and duvet covers for everyone just tick on the booking form if required. Well behaved pets are allowed in the caravans only by prior arrangement but must be kept on a lead at all times.

Touring caravans, motor homes and tents - pitches are grassed and level, some with electric hook up and sea views. There are ample stand pipes around the park. Well behaved dogs are allowed on a lead, provided they are kept on a lead and exercised outside the park ground.
