A traditional Cornish cottage in the picturesque village of Veryan on the beautiful Roseland Peninsula - a secret hidden corner in South Cornwall. Close to safe sandy beaches, the coastal path, The Eden Project and many of Cornwall's sub tropical gardens. Timm's is an ideal location for a holiday at anytime of the year.

The Cottage - Timm's has a lovely south facing aspect overlooking Veryan Green. The property has been completely modernised whilst retaining the character of a 200 year old cottage. It is well equipped and delightfully decorated and furnished. The sunny garden in the front is enclosed and safe for children to play and there are seats and a table so you can enjoy a meal outdoors.

First floor - double bedroom, twin bedded room and bathroom with shower over the bath

Situation

Veryan one of the prettiest villages in the Roseland has a village shop/post office and a pub. The safe sandy beaches of Carne and Pendower are just over a mile away.

The coastal scenery is outstanding and ideal for walking and most of it is now protected by the National Trust. Eden and Heligan Gardens are 30 minutes by car and Falmouth Maritime Museum is a short ride on the ferry from St. Mawes. The city of Truro is 12 miles away and Lands End and Padstow on the north coast are within easy reach on a days outing.

A pretty cottage- style house with panoramic views over the Fal Estuary. St. Just in Roseland is a quiet creekside village on the beautiful Roseland Peninsula - a secret hidden corner of South Cornwall.

Close to safe sandy beaches, the coast footpath, The Eden Project and many of Cornwall's subtropical gardens.

The picturesque harbour village of St. Mawes is just a 5 minute drive or a lovely walk along the estuary. Penros is an ideal location at any time of the year.

The Cottage - Penros is a new property and it has been furnished and decorated to a very high standard to provide our guests with a comfortable, welcoming home. There is a lovely large terrace across the back with table and chairs so you can enjoy the view and the gorgeous sunsets. There is a well maintained garden with grass and flowering shrubs.

Ground floor - large L-shaped sitting/dining room across the back of the house. Modern very well equipped kitchen. Utility room.

First floor - Double bedroom with en-suite shower room. Twin-bedded (3') room and the third bedroom has a single (3') bed with a rollaway bed underneath. There is a second bathroom with shower over the bath.

Oil fired central heating, fridge, freezer, electric double oven, ceramic hob, microwave, washing machine tumble drier, television and video, DVD player, radio. There is also a television and video in the twin bedroom.

Central heating and electricity are included in the weekly tariff.
