Roscarrock is a 750 acres coastal farm set between the popular Port Isaac and unspoilt Port Quinn.

With three and a half miles of coast line, Roscarrock gives you the perfect place to have a coastal retreat.

We have five cottages sleeping 2 - 9 people. Each has their own unique coastal character.

Roscarrock can also be used as a unique wedding venue.

The Coach House (sleeps 2-9)

The view from the Coach House is outstanding. This spacious house is fully equipped for a quality holiday experience.

  • Large living room with log-burning stove, LCD TV, DVD & CD player.
  • Dining room.
  • Kitchen with fridge/freezer, dishwasher etc.
    Cloakroom with washing machine & tumble dryer.
  • Downstairs' double bedroom - with shower.

    Master double bedroom with uninterrupted sea views.
  • One twin-bedded room
  • All bedrooms have basins & heating.
  • Linen is included & completes the comfort of the Coach House.
  • Ample parking, lawn & BBQ areas surround the house & the adjacent walled garden is perfect for family games of cricket & football.

Roscarrock Vean (sleeps 6)

This is a spacious apartment within Roscarrock Farmhouse - offering the opportunity to enjoy the Mediaeval Manor House.

The property consists of:

  • Large kitchen/dining/living room with exposed Mediaeval roof timbers.
  • One double bedroom & two twin-bedded rooms - one with a sea view.
  • Recently refurbished bathroom with shower.
  • Beds with duvets & covers, linen required.
  • Extensive lawned area surrounds the house. Use of washing machine/freezer available on request.

The Port Quin Cottages

Formerly fishermen's cottages - Varley & Howard's Cottages are only 150 yards from the beach, but enjoy a sheltered southerly aspect & rural views. Port Quin is a National Trust cove & is one of the signature sights of North Cornwall.

Howard's Cottage (sleeps 2-4)

Open all year. A comfortable cottage consisting of:

  • Living room area with wood-burner (logs available), Sofa, easy chairs, TV & DVD player player
  • Downstairs modern bathroom & shower
  • Compact kitchen/dining area, microwave
  • Master bedroom with washbasin
  • Twin bedded room
  • Garden/decking area with picnic bench
  • Heating & electricity included

Varley Cottage (sleeps 6)

Open all year. Named after one of the 3 headlands on the farm. A former fishermen's cottage now with modern interior.

  • Spacious kitchen/diner, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine
  • Downstairs cloakroom
  • Bedroom - downstairs - single bed, hand basin, vanity unit, shaver point
  • Living area with wood-burner (logs available), sofa, easy chairs, TV & DVD player player
  • Modern bathroom
  • Separate shower
  • Bedroom 2 - double bed
  • Bedroom 3 - double bed
  • Bedroom 4 - single bed
