Romany Rye is a light and spacious property beautifully equipped where all the family can get together. Even on a rainy day you can stay at home and enjoy the beach views from the conservatory.

It's homely enough for two but will accommodate six with ease. With a double bedroom and en-suite downstairs it will suit people that find stairs a problem.

ACCOMMODATION

Kitchen/utility: White kitchen with granite worktops and Marley floor tiles make this a lovely kitchen to be in. Patio doors fully open so you can have morning breakfast outside when it's sunny. Double oven/grill with ceramic top, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer.

Leading to open plan dining room to seat 8. Slide and fold doors lead to the conservatory with views to the beach. Double doors open on to a decked area where you can watch the sun set. A lawned garden with steps down to the common and then to the beach.

Lounge: This overlooks the beach and you can enjoy freeveiw and DVDs on the flat screen TV.

Family bathroom has a bath, toilet, washbasin, shaving socket and heated towel rail.

Large bedroom with 5ft double bed and ensuite shower room with heated towel rail.

Twin bedroom with two 3ft beds and views of the beach.

The master bedroom is upstairs, this has a 5ft double bed and a single, which is suitable for a child or when not in use can be used as a day lounger. Again this has lovely views of the beach and the sea. En- suite with a shower over the bath, washbasin, toilet and heated towel rail.

Parking for two cars. Enclosed garden at the rear of the property with patio table and chairs.

The property is very well equipped with iron, ironing board, travel cot, high chair, hairdryer, books, games and DVDs.

LOCATION

Holywell Bay is a small village on the North coast between Perranporth and Newquay. It has a beautiful beach with wonderful sand dunes and a little stream for those who find the sea a little daunting. Lifeguards patrol during the summer months and surfing lessons are available. There are many walks inland and along the coastal paths either towards Polly Joke, Crantock and Newquay or back towards Perranporth. Two pubs are within walking distance and some shops to buy beach goods and an ice cream!
