Nestled in a tiny pedestrian alley and only 200 yards from the harbour and its sandy beach, the cottage has a large sitting/dining-room with wooden floors, a dining-area and a wood-burner.

Cottage stairs (please take care) lead up from here to the light, beautifully presented bedrooms and a shower-room with a double shower. The bespoke kitchen has attractive granite worktops and the ground floor bathroom boasts a roll-top bath. A back door opens out to the secluded gravelled courtyard which has steps up to the fabulous decked terrace complete with safety glass; here spectacular views across the rooftops to Mount’s Bay and St Michael’s Mount in the distance are breathtaking! Rolling Surf is in the heart of this bustling village with a renowned restaurant, tea rooms and an excellent pub just around the corner.
