Rockside features a hexagonal layout, with magnificent views out to sea and over Pentireglaze from the main double bedroom and the drawing room.

Also facing the beach is a single storey twin bedroom, & then a rear bedroom with a sofa/bunk bed. All 3 bedrooms have hand washbasins and ample storage / hanging space.

There is a bathroom with a lavatory, basin and electric shower in the bathtub and an electric towel rail.

The kitchen is equipped with a double oven, microwave, a large fridge with freezer, dishwasher, toaster and washing machine; plus plenty of saucepans, crockery, cutlery and utensils. A tumble drier is in the conservatory.

There is an enclosed lawn and patio by the house, and then a sloping open lawn with our own path down to the beach. There is a fantastic crescent-shaped patio on the front lawn for BBQs, drinks, and snoozing

Parking is on the grass as verge by the rear entrance to the house.

Built 3 years ago, the Studio offers accommodation for a maximum of three adults or two adults and two young children. The Studio backs onto Clifden Drive and Rockside and its garden follow on to the front lawn going down to the beach.

Downstairs is the kitchen, shower room and WC. Upstairs is split level open plan, with a living area opening onto the balcony. The balcony is good size with room to eat out and looks across to the National Trust land which runs down to the beach.

The split level, fully carpeted, accommodation comprises a sofa, 2 chairs, Freeview TV & DVD, dining table, sofa-bed, 2 single beds, 2 chests of drawers and hanging space. Adjacent to the balcony, the living area has windows with magnificent views across the roof tops to Stepper Point and Trevose Head.

The pine sloping roof gives the whole place a warm and inviting character.
