The barn at Rocksea Farm is located 1/2 mile from the A39 in a peaceful part of the Cornish countryside. It is a 5 minute drive from Wadebridge, a popular market town which is famous for its 'Camel Trail' cycleway. It is an ideal location for touring Cornwall or for just sitting back and relaxing.

ACCOMMODATION

The Barn is well equipped and has oil fired central heating. It is a spacious four bedroom barn conversion and has oak flooring upstairs and natural stone floors throughout on the ground floor.

The first floor consists of three bedrooms and a shower room and airing cupboard and all have exposed timbers.

The ground floor consists of one bedroom, a bathroom, large hall, kitchen/diner and large lounge with French doors overlooking its own private garden and lawn area.

All downstairs rooms have exposed beams.

• The lounge has a tv, video and DVD.
• The kitchen has a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge/freezer, electric hob & cooker and a CD/radio/cassette player.
• Duvets, pillows and bed linen are also supplied.
• The garden is sheltered from the north wind and enjoys sun for most of the day.
• There is also off road parking for up to 4 cars.

WADEBRIDGE AND NORTH CORNWALL

The Barn is ideally situated for visiting many of the local beaches and fishing villages, the coast of North Cornwall and the rugged landscape of Bodmin Moor.

There are many local pubs serving food and drink and The Barn is centrally located for Amble, St. Kew and St. Mabyn. Lands End, St. Ives, Falmouth, Padstow, Tintagel (King Arthur's castle), The Eden Project-near St. Austell, National Trust houses and gardens, the numerous golf courses and many more attractions are also within easy reach.
