Robbers Roost is a 1-bedroom apartment with en-suite bathroom and a double sofa bed in the lounge, sleeping 2-4.

Ideally situated just 150 metres from 3 miles of Golden Sands, Hayle beach is one of the most popular beaches in Penwith and is a well-known spot for surfers, kitesurfing and many other water-based sports.

There are designated areas on the beach which are patrolled for the summer season, making it extremely safe for swimming.

ACCOMMODATION

The apartment consists of:

• Open-plan lounge / fully equipped fridge/freezer, cooker, microwave, washing machine, all crockery and cutlery
  
  
• The lounge includes TV and DVD player, a comfortable double sofabed, night storage heating an electric fire, Wi-Fi and Ipod dock
  
  
• Double bedroom with en-suite bathroom including full size bath and electric shower over the bath
  
  
• Electric, all bedding and the use of the washing machine is inclusive of the price
  
  
• At the back of the apartment there is a shared patio area with washing line and at the front of the apartment is one private parking space

Pet Friendly Accommodation:

Robbers Roost is happy to accommodate for those family pets that just don't want to be left at home. We do ask that all pets are kept off the furniture and beds and that they are not left unattended in the property at anytime.

There are certain areas on the beach where dogs are welcome and also many amazing coastal walks to keep the whole family happy as well as the pets.

LOCATION

Robbers Roost is peacefully situated on Riviere Towans and is only a few minutes walk from a shop, a fish and chip shop and, most importantly, the beach. There are 2 supermarkets and a good variety of restaurants and pubs in Hayle.

This is an ideal location to access the whole of West Cornwall, whether you are looking for a walking holiday, a fun filled beach holiday or to visit some of Cornwall's major attractions such as The Eden Project, The Minnack Theatre or The Tate in St Ives, the journey starts here.

There is a bus stop very close by giving access to St Ives, Penzance and Newquay to name but a few of Cornwall's popular destinations.
