Set in the Pentewan Valley, bordered by the river Winnick and the Kings Wood it is in an area of level walks, fresh air, peace and tranquility.

Situated on the south coast of Cornwall, only 3 miles from the quaint fishing village of Mevagissey, and close to The Eden Project and the famous Lost Gardens of Heligan. River Valley has plenty to offer locally and also serves as central point for touring Cornwall.

Just 40 well appointed holiday caravans are set in landscaped level areas amidst a profusion of trees, shrubs and colourful flowers.

Each caravan has its own picnic table and BBQ space with parking nearby.

Oakwood - Maximum of 4 persons (includes cot) 2004 – 2006 models 28ft x 10ft wide with end double bedroom, twin bedroom, bathroom with shower/toilet, fitted kitchen, lounge/dining area heated with gas fire. Panel heater in all bedrooms.

Beechwood Super - Maximum of 4 persons (includes cot) 2002 – 2005 models 28ft x 12ft wide with end double bedroom, twin bedroom, bathroom with shower/toilet, fitted kitchen, lounge/dining area heated with gas fire. Panel heater in all bedrooms.

Kingswood - Maximum of 6 persons (includes cot) 2008 models 34ft x 10ft wide, fully double glazed with double bedroom, 2 x twin bedrooms, shower room with toilet with hand basin. Fitted kitchen, lounge/dining are heated with a gas fire. Panel heater in all bedrooms.

Kingswood Super - Maximum of 6 persons (includes cot) 2002 – 2005 models 34ft x 12ft wide, double bedroom, 2 x twin bedrooms, shower room, separate toilet with hand basin. Fitted kitchen, lounge/dining are heated with a gas fire. Panel heater in all bedrooms.

Cycling

Many of our customers come for the superb cycling facilities that we have at River Valley as immediately alongside the Park is an off-road cycle trail. From the park you can cycle alongside the River Winnick and Kings Wood all the way down to the beautiful beach at Pentewan.

Mevagissey and Heligan Gardens can also be reached along the trail.

Don't worry if you don't have room to bring your on bicycle on your holiday with you as we have bikes for hire on site. Mountain bikes are available by the day or week.

TOURING PITCHES

Set within our sheltered meadow we also offer 45 large, level touring pitches with on site facilities such as toilets, showers, laundry room and dish-washing room.
