Ground Floor: Entrance Hall. Dual Aspect- large lounge tastefully furnished and with coal-effect gas fire. Cloakroom/WC.

Hallway to: Dining room. Sitting Room. Well fitted Kitchen. Utility room with full laundering facilities and freezer. Internal Garage.

First Floor: Wide landing leading to:
Double Master Bedroom (fully en-suite) with separate dressing room (accommodating a cot or extra bed on request), Bedroom 2 with 4'6 bed and wash basin.

Bedroom 3 with twin 3' beds and wash basin. Bedroom 4 with 3' bed and wash basin. Bedroom 5 with 3' bed and wash basin. Family Bathroom with bath, power-shower, basin and WC .

Other amenities include 2 colour TVs., 2 DVD payers, video, radio/CD player, hairdryer, microwave, dishwasher, automatic washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, fridge, freezer, barbecue, high chair, range of garden furniture, good selection of contemporary novels and light reading.

Duvets on beds with bed linen provided (regret no towels).

Outside: to the front of the property, there is a sunny, lawned garden and tarmacadam area for up to four vehicles. A well hedged, enclosed rear garden provides safe play-space for children and another, at the side, is ideal for private sun- bathing or al fresco meals

The Village

Deep in winding lanes and rolling farmland, sleepy Week St Mary is full of interesting historic buildings, from its ancient college, church and castle-mound to the enigmatic moated remains of Penhallam Manor House.

A short walk from Ranelagh are the comprehensive post-office/general store, two pubs and playing field with children's activity area and tennis courts.

With all the north coast at your feet, outstanding beaches, stunning coastal scenery and many nearby attractions that will provide fun for all the family are literally within a few minutes drive.
