'Puffins' is a high standard accommodation situated in the hamlet of Trevarrian. It has wonderful sea and countryside views.

Puffins is a self-contained first floor flat with own doorway and staircase leading off the conservatory.

There is a small pretty garden with lawn, patio and garden furniture, there is a ground floor flat where the owners live in this detached property.

Accommodation comprises:

• Bedroom 1 with double bed.
• Bedroom 2 - 2 single beds.
• Lounge / Diner has TV, video and stereo.
• Kitchen has electric cooker, microwave, fridge freezer and washing machine.
• Toilet and shower room.
• A high chair is provided.
• Central heating is available in cold weather there is also an electric fire and blow heater.
• Electricity is on a £ 1 meter.
• All beds have duvets and bed linen is provided

Trevarrian has it's own pub. The hamlet is 15 minutes walk to the lovely beach at Mawgan Porth, which has cafes, a pub and small supermarket.

The other side of Trevarrian is the wonderful beach of Watergate Bay with its beach-bar and surfing. Trevarrian is a small quiet hamlet, a perfect base for beach lovers, surfers and coastal walkers with the coastal path a short walk away.
