Porthilly Brook, which sleeps 2 - 9 people, is a comfortably furnished holiday house situated in the heart of Rock, North Cornwall, close to local sandy beaches on the Camel Estuary and Atlantic Ocean.

Porthilly Brook offers an ideal base for short breaks as well as family holidays throughout the year from which to explore the beautiful North Cornish coastline. Perfect for families are the sandy beaches dotted with rock pools at Daymer Bay, Rock and Greenaway.

There's the surfer's paradise at Polzeath and a short drive away the spectacular surfing beaches at Newquay.

Other local sights include the delightfully picturesque fishing villages of Port Isaac and Padstow where Rick Stein offers his culinary delights. Slightly further afield is Tintagel, the Eden Project and the Tate at St Ives. The famous St Enodoc golf course is nearly on the doorstep while courses at Trevose Head, Llanhydrock and Roserrow are a short drive away.

Self-catering Accommodation

Porthilly Brook is a detached 2-storey house which offers a spacious, comfortable, centrally heated and well equipped home from which to base your holiday. It sleeps 9 although 8 would feel more comfortable. It has a large kitchen/dining room; a sitting room which leads onto a south facing terrace with garden furniture plus two bathrooms and four bedrooms. There is also a utility room equipped with washing machine and dryer plus a further shower room for use by those salt and sand covered bodies!

The garden is sheltered, safe and enclosed by wooden fencing and gates with rural views of the surrounding farmland and there is ample parking. Porthilly Brook is a short walk to Porthilly beach. It is quietly situated at the end of a private road on the outskirts of Rock.
