Tastefully-decorated, spacious two bedroom cottage with
view down to the harbour in the heart of St Ives, Cornwal, available for
self-catering holiday rental. It is tucked away down a private path and
is close to three award-winning beaches, a spa, the St Ives School of
Painting and the Tate.
A true home from home,the tastefully-modernised luxury
cottage has a 30ft vaulted sitting room with two comfy sofas (which also
turn into double beds), flatscreen TV, DVD player and stereo. There is
an extensive library of books, CDs and DVDs. There is pretty window seat
with views down to the harbour.

Outside there is an enclosed decked area for sitting
out, enjoying a glass of wine. It is also great for children to play out
on.
There is a smart modern well-equipped kitchen with a
6 hob range cooker, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washer/drier and microwave;
a large kitchen table and six chairs.
The modern bathroom has a large bath with a shower attachment.
Two bedrooms- one twin and large one vaulted with
king-size bed and ensuite toilet and lovely views over the St Ives rooftops.
Hairdryer and ironing equipment provided. Plus high chair
and safety gate. Duvets and bed linen included.
NEARBY: There are lovely restaurants nearby included
the Porthgwidden Café and Porthminster Café.
There is a new spa on Fish Street, very close to Porthia.
They do lovely pedicures, manicures, massages, facials and a range of
other treatments using organic products.
It is just two minutes walk from the St Ives School of
Painting and ten minutes walk to the Tate.
