Penrose Byre Sleeps 2 + 2

Approached through the graveled farm courtyard, and next door to Polrose Stable Cottage and across the courtyard from Polrunny farmhouse, Penrose Byre cottage is a single storey slate and granite barn conversion, tastefully and sympathetically restored. Inside, the open plan contemporary interior of stylish simplicity and textured accessories compliment the stunning sea views beyond the coastal countryside, which can be seen from all the cottages.

The kitchen area has painted shaker style cupboards and is fully equipped to a high standard. The luxurious leather sofa converts to a bed, sleeping a further 2 persons. Outside there is a large enclosed grassed area with picnic bench seating and barbeque for relaxing or playing.

Polrose Stable Sleeps 4

Approached through the graveled courtyard, and next door to Penrose Byre Cottage and Polrunny farmhouse, Polrose Stable Cottage is a single storey slate and granite barn conversion, tastefully and sympathetically restored, with generally larger rooms than Penrose cottage. Inside, the open plan contemporary interior of stylish simplicity and textured accessories, compliment the stunning sea views, beyond the coastal countryside. On a clear day, Lundy Island can be seen.

The kitchen area has painted shaker style cupboards with a seaside colour scheme and accessories and is fully equipped to a high standard. Two leather sofas add a touch of luxury and comfort, together with a hot spa in the bath and power shower over, ensures Polrose is a place to relax and unwind.

Outside there is a shared parking area and large enclosed grassed garden, with small orchard, together with picnic bench seating and barbeque for relaxing or playing.

Trerose Loft Sleeps 4

Approached through a private seperate graveled path, past its own parking area, Trerose Loft Cottage is a double storey slate and granite farm building conversion, tastefully and sympathetically restored. Inside, the open plan contemporary interior of stylish simplicity and textured accessories compliment the stunning sea views beyond the coastal countryside, which can be seen from all the cottages.

The large fully integrated kitchen, has painted shaker style cupboards in sea theme colours and is fully equipped to a high standard. Two leather sofas add a touch of luxury and comfort, in a tranquil lounge. Upstairs is the double bedroom with closet, adjacent to the luxury bathroom with whirlpool bath and power shower over. Trerose is definitely a place to relax and unwind.

Location

Ideally located to explore the spectacular secluded beaches and stunning coastal walks of the North coast. Boscastle village (1/2 mile) lies within the parish of Minster on the North Cornish Coast, 14 miles south from Bude and 5 miles from Tintagel. A conservation area amongst some of the most beautiful countryside within the British Isles, and is one of the few remaining unspoilt harbour villages in Cornwall.

Designated an Area of Outstanding beauty, the National Trust own and care for the beautiful medieval harbour and surrounding coastline. Spend the day sea fishing from Boscastle or trout fishing at Crowdy Reservoir (10 mins. away). Horse Trekking and stable are a short distance from the farm.
