The North Cornish coast welcomes you to Pollymoor and Hoblyn Cove both are situated in Treguth Close, a quiet cul-de-sac. Both peaceful holiday bungalows sleep four people (plus a cot) and standon private ground approximately 2 minutes from Holywell Bay beach.

The properties have ample private parking and lawned gardens front and rear. The rear gardens are terraced, leading down to a private gated opening to National Trust pathway to the beach and valley. Sun loungers, barbecue and decked area are also laid out to allow for a taste of al fresco living whilst you are gently lulled into rest and relaxation.

With the beach on your door step (approximately five minutes walk) leave the stresses of every day life behind, feel the sand between your toes the surf against your skin and exist in carefree moments to be savoured. Enjoy a complimentary bottle of fizz, as well as the usual milk tea and coffee provided on arrival, laundry, dishwasher and other cleaning products are in the property to make your stay with us alittle less stressful.

The differences between and Hoblyns Cove - Pollymoor master bedroom has a four poster bed and enjoys an en-suite with roll top bath via a dressing room. The second bathroom has a generous walk in shower enclosure. Pollymoor Beach also hasvarnished wood floors throuought, and a large kid's play room / chill room. Hoblyns Cove has a varnished wood bathroom floor a bath with electric shower over, carpeted and vinyl floors elsewhere, garden summer house and play room for kids to the side of the main buliding.

LOCATION

Pollymoor holiday accommodation is in Holywell village is just a short walk from the beach, beachside shops, cafes and eateries.

This beautiful holiday bungalow offers families a safe and enjoyable beach holiday on one of the most stunning pieces of coastline in Cornwall.

The kids can play in the shallow, lazy river which is tidal but safe and sheltered from the sea by a sand-dune. This area was important due to its secret Holy Well, now just a few regular holiday makers enjoy this unspoilt place of outstanding natural beauty.

Holywell BayHolywell Bay provides plenty of room for surfing, or just playing in the waves, the beach and its visitors are guarded by beach lifeguards (from mid-May to the end of September), swimmers have to swim between the red and yellow flags, while the surfers have a different area to themselves.

Holywell Village has three shops, a cafe and two inns serving locally produced food. Nearby is Holywell Bay Golf Course and Holywell Fun Park which offers pitch and putt, go-karting and bumper boats to keep the children amused. The headlands form part of the Cornish Coastal Path and Holywell is an ideal base to explore the magnificent scenery of the North coast of Cornwall.

Local super market chains Tesco and Sainsburys can deliver to the properties, failing this Cubert has a very well stocked Londis and Holywell has two corner shops that stock basic needs. Newquay has a three large super markets Morrisons, Sainsburys and Asda. New for 2012 Free WiFi wireless broadband internet connection by BT in both Pollymoor Beach and Hoblyns Cove.
