Prices from £235 - £575 per week inclusive of bed linen and towels. No VAT is payable. The cottage is fully centrally heated and there are no additional heating or electricity costs. We regret that due to insurance constraints no pets or smoking are permitted in the apartment.

Located just 200m from the centre of Tintagel and just 20m from the coastal path. - Private Parking

The cottage has recently been refurbished with the emphasis on comfort and quality, and sleeps four adults / family. The cottage comprises twin and double en-suite bedrooms, a well appointed kitchen, utility room and a large relaxing lounge / diner.

There is ample private parking, a patio and terraced garden.

Lounge- The large lounge is furnished with two comfortable modern settees and a large dining table to seat four. For your relaxation there is a 28" TV complimented by a video and DVD player.

Bedrooms - The well furnished upstairs bedrooms consist of one twin and one double room. The rooms have en-suite facilities which include a shower, hand basin and toilet. They are equipped with shaver lights, fan assisted heaters, and heated towel rails. The bedrooms are furnished with portable TV's and hairdryers. All bedding pillows and towels are provided at no extra charge.

Kitchen - The galley kitchen is extremely well equipped and has a very practical modern layout. There is a modern large oven with ceramic hob, cooker hood, microwave, built in dishwasher, fridge and double inset ceramic sink.

Ample crockery and cutlery are provided. A separate utility room with matching kitchen units accommodates the washing machine,tumble dryer, and freezer.

Outside - The patio area accommodates a rotary washing line and garden furniture and is the ideal place to have your BBQ. A terraced lawn adjoins the patio and provides an ideal secure area for your toddlers or a spot for catching some rays.

There is ample space for private parking and two spaces are reserved for cottage use only.
