Our cottages stand in some 2½ acres of private gardens and woodland, the whole being situated within a coastal farm, in an Area Of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

The picturesque and unspoilt village of Coverack with its safe bathing beach, church, village pub and general stores is just ½ a mile away.

Each cottage is individually furnishes and equipped to high standards and has been awarded a 3 STAR rating from the English Tourism Council.

With no nearby public roads, peace and seclusion is assured. We provide ample parking and a games room with pool and table tennis tables.

So named because of the unusual semi-galleried first floor sitting room, from which there are fine views of the gardens and woodland. There are three bedrooms, one double and one twin on the first floor and one with full sized 3' bunks on the ground floor. The modern fully fitted kitchen, incorporates a freezer plus dishwasher in addition to our normal inventory. The dining room has glazed double doors that lead out onto a patio and gardens. Lastly there is a fully tiled bathroom, with a shower over the bath, and a separate WC.

This delightful stone built cottage features a comfortable beamed lounge, plus a sun lounge, that overlooks the rear gardens, and which doubles up as a dining room, making a super area for your early morning breakfast or lingering evening barbecue. There are two bedrooms, one double and one with full size 3' bunks plus a child size single bed (5'6x2'6). The shower room, which is off the entrance hall, has a thermostatic shower, washbasin, WC, shaver point etc.

This cottage is similar in design and layout to Stable Cottage. There is one main variation in that the second bedroom provides full sized bunks plus a full sized single bed. However it should be noted that it does not provide room for a cot in addition to this specification.

Godwins Cottage

This is a cosy light and airy cottage. It offers a first rate holiday home either to a couple or for a family of three. With most rooms facing east, this really is a bright sunlit cottage, especially in the mornings. There is an open plan ground floor, with a comfortably furnished lounge at one end, a modern fitted kitchen to the other, with a dining area in between. There is a modern tiled shower room with thermostatic shower, washbasin, WC, shaver point, etc. The large first floor bedroom has a double bed at one end and an occasional folding bed at the other, with a dressing area in between. This cottage also features a private patio with table and chairs.
