Lounge/dining area: A light and comfortable room with 3 seater sofa and one easy chair, wall mounted LCD TV/DVD/Freeview. Dining table and four chairs. Library of books, games and DVDs.

Kitchen area: Newly fitted kitchen with shaker style units, wooden worktops, ceramic sink, integral dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, electric Neff oven and sliding extractor fan.

Bedroom 1: Cast iron double bed, window to front and side of property, L shaped space with hanging rail as well as enough space pace for travel cot and childrens camp bed, views across the rooftops to St. Ives Bay.

Bedroom 2: Cast iron twin beds, window to the Digey, fitted storage, LCD TV with freeview.

Family bathroom: Quality fully fitted bathroom with bath and hand held shower attachment, separate walk in shower, WC, wash hand basin and heated towel rail.
