Once a farm on the famous Trelawney estate, lying at the top of looe river, pitt house and cottage are approximately 200 years old, both properties replicate the character and rustic charm of a 16th century farmhouse and cottage.

The properties retain many original features, granite fireplaces, oak panelled walls and beams, off the beaten track but only five miles from the coast resorts of Looe and Polperro, a perfect setting to enjoy many of Cornwall's attractions.

A very large and private garden gives space to relax an enjoy the quiet freedom of this unique and idyllic setting and the forming part of Cornwall's wildlife trust, allowing us to promote tourism which in turn gives something back to the wildlife here in Cornwall, helping to keep Cornwall a wild and wonderful place to visit
