Perran Sands is an ideal location for touring Cornwall. St Ives, the Eden Project and Newquay are all within easy reach.

The caravan is situated in an area of natural beauty overlooking and within easy walking distance of the beach.

The site is open from 3rd April to 29th October. Bookings are taken from Saturday to Saturday although late availability short breaks may be available.

ACCOMMODATION

This is a 2003 Willerby Westmorland with two twin bedrooms, one double bedroom and an extra double bed that folds out in the sitting room.

There is a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, oven and fridge. The bathroom has a shower and the comfortable sitting room has views over the nearby sea and is equipped with a TV/DVD.

The Caravan has blown air heating trhoughout in addition to a gas fire in the sitting room.

A full inventory is included in the information pack. Any breakages will be charged at the end of your stay.

A good housekeeping deposit of £50 is payable in addition to the rental. This is refundable if the caravan is left in good condition.

Line, including beds fully made up can be provided at a cost of £5 per bed.

CARAVAN SITE

The site has its own sandy surfing beach and is well situated for access to the South West Coastal Path. The pitch itself is only a short walk from the main site facilities but is located on a quiet cliff-top corner of the site.

On site facilities include a launderette, shop, a choice of restaurants, children's clubs, evening entertainment and both indoor and outdoor heated swimming pools. The passes for the leisure facilities can be purchased from the site office for an additional £10 per person.
