As this is our first year of trading, we still have a few dates available in the Peak Season

Luxury rooms in a 17th Century farmhouse in idyllic setting with extensive country and sea views, situated close to the village and just 2 minutes from the sandy beach at Pentewan and overlooks a water meadow teeming with bird life. Nearby is the working fishing village of Mevagissey and the Lost Gardens of Heligan.

The Cornish Way - Pentewan Valley Trail - allows off road access to Mevagissey, Heligan and up to St Austell town. Pentewan village has a couple of restaurants, a pub, a water sports shop and 'local' shop. Pentewan also has a Sailing Club and Diving facility - Pentewan Barton has parking space for your boat!

Our guests have a choice of a Twin room with en suite facilities or a Twin or Double room with Private bathroom.

Alternatively, 4 people may share the Twin & Double rooms with use of the bathroom and enjoy a reduced rate. In addition, single occupancy of the Double room is possible.

Our rooms are appointed to a high standard and have television and video plus tea & coffee making facilities.

FROM the A30, take the A391 to St Austell; Turn right onto the A391 at the traffic lights. St Austell TIC is a mile further on the left-hand side.

FROM Mevagissey, take the B3273 towards St Austell. Pentewan Barton is on the left-hand side after Pentewan Sands Holiday Park.

FROM Fowey, take the A3082 to St Austell. Turn left onto the A390. St Austell TIC is about a mile further on the left-hand side. Continue as above.
