Built in 1851 the timber beamed stone and slate. The Stable has been converted into a fully self-contained holiday home - sleeping 4 people.

Tastefully decorated to a high standard the Stable has one double and one single/twin, Bath/shower and WC. Upper floor. Lounge/kitchen/diner on the ground floor with courtyard Parking, and set in three acres at Golant near Fowey.

A quiet and peaceful location surrounded by fields and woods. Easy access to the Coastal walks, Saints Way, Eden Project, Heligan Gardens and National Trust Properties. A good choice of Pubs and Restaurants are within easy reach.

The Stable comes with Central Heating, Washing machine, Fridge, Microwave, Radio, T/V and DVD/Video. All Bedlnen provided with no hidden costs. Cot and Highchair available.

FOWEY - CORNWALL

Fowey holds its annual Carnival, Floral Dance, Sailing Regattas in August including two firework displays and a visit from the Red Arrows Aerobatic Display Team.

Walking along the coastal path or wooded valleys where the scenery can be dramatic and tranquil in the autumn is ideal for getting away from everyday pressures.

Cornwall is now being recognised as a short break destination, only 4½ hours from London and the Midlands and Bristol is only 2 hours, the roads are relatively quiet when the children are in school so exploring Cornwall's many attractions is a pleasure.
