Sleeping 2 - 8 people, a comfortably furnished holiday house with large secluded garden situated in the heart of Rock, North Cornwall, close to local shops and beaches with many sporting activities available close by.

Well equipped, comfortable cottage set in large garden - set back from the road, extremely well located for all local amenities including stunning beaches, golf, water sports, local shops and much more!

Accommodation:

The house is made up of a spacious open plan Sitting/dining room, an additional large sitting room and kitchen. With two "wings" both easily sleeping four. One Wing with double bedroom, twin room and bathroom and the other with bunk room, twin room, wc and shower room.

The garden is big, with a large lawn and two patios equipped with chairs and tables. It is both safe and secluded.

The house offers an ideal base for short breaks as well as family holidays throughout the year from which to explore the beautiful North Cornish coastline. There's the surfer's paradise at Polzeath and a short drive away the spectacular surfing beaches at Newquay.

Other local sights include the delightfully picturesque fishing villages of Port Isaac and Padstow where Rick Stein offers his culinary delights.

Slightly further afield is Tintagel, the Eden Project and the Tate at St Ives. The famous St Enodoc golf course is nearly on the doorstep while courses at Trevose Head, Lanhydrock and Roserrow are a short drive away.
