Some radiators are fed by the owner's Rayburn and hot water is included in the rental price, however, heating throughout is available by storage heater for an extra charge. There is a coin operated Electric Meter, which accepts £1 coins, for the rest of your electricity needs. All Linen and Towels are supplied and Pets are welcome for a small charge if kept under strict control. We can supply a cot and high chair if required.

The Enclosed Garden has a Picnic Table and the large field in front of the house is ideal for games and kite flying. In the school holidays we may be busy with campers but as visitors are allowed only round the edges of the field there is no obstruction to your view.

There are swings, a small shop, a Games Room and public telephone on site. Please arrive after 4pm on the first day of your visit and depart by 10am on the last. Thank you.

All have gas provided and mains electricity. Prices range for caravan hire from £90 to £350 per week. A non-refundable deposit of £20 to £70 per week (20%) is requested to enable us to confirm the reservation.

Camping

Our shop supplies all general needs including Calor and Camping Gas and there are electric hook-ups if required. There are two toilet blocks, one with a toilet for the Disabled and a baby changing unit. Our brand new shower house also caters for the disabled. The well equipped laundry room contains washing machines, tumble driers, ironing and washing up facilities. We also have a games room with pool tables and air hockey. Outside there is a children's play area, a table tennis table, basket ball net and football posts. Dogs are welcome on site but must be kept on a lead at all times - there is an adjacent field for exercise.

Location

Within less than an hour's drive there are many places of interest to visit including picturesque Clovelly, the pretty fishing village of Boscastle, the Launceston Steam Railway and the Legendary King Arthur's castle at Tintagel. There are also several National Trust and English Heritage properties, gardens, nature trails, the Tamar Otter Park and the famous Coastal Footpath. For cyclists there are plenty of quiet country lanes and the breathtaking Camel and Tarka Trails. The unspoilt sandy beaches of the North Cornish Coast, reputedly amongst the best in the country, offer good surfing and other watersports, and the main beaches are patrolled by lifeguards throughout the holiday season. Dogs are allowed year round on South Beach (Widemouth Bay), Summerleaze Beach (Bude), Duckpool, Sandy Mouth and Northcott Mouth. On the North beach (Widemouth), Crooklets (Bude) and Crackington Haven dogs are not allowed from Easter to 1st October.
