'Pencarmol' is a Grade II listed building overlooking the Elizabethan Harbour of Boscastle. Parts of this former harbour master's house are thought to be between 300 and 400 years old, although the property offers bed and breakfast accommodation, that is both modern and comfortable.

The house is actually - located on the coastal footpath - despite this, there is ample room for parking, one space for each bedroom.

This bed and breakfast accommodation offers wireless internet access free of charge for guests.

There are beautiful walks over the cliffs to suit all abilities and a quarter of a mile away, a waterfall descends to the beach below. There is a beach at nearby Trevigue called 'Strangles' with breathtaking clifftop scenery, and well worth the climb!

Overlooking Boscastle Harbour, each B&B room has en-suite facilities and wonderful views.

All bedrooms have:

• Tea and coffee making facilities

An additional single bed [or a cot for a baby] can be added to one of the bedrooms, making it a family room - children are welcome at Pencarmol Bed and Breakfast. The spacious family room also has a king-size double bed.

The pretty sitting room is an ideal place in which to relax in-between your holiday activities, perhaps reading a book or just chatting with fellow guests. The terraced garden has a patio and seating areas, and there are great views of the harbour.

Bed and breakfast accommodation is available all year round, except for Christmas week.

Smoking is only permitted in the garden and not in the house. Children are welcome - cot for baby, or babysitting service, available on request.

Pets welcome by arrangement [well behaved dogs accepted, with own bedding].

Parking for one vehicle per room. Internet access is available, as is use of the house telephone. 'WiFi' broadband internet access is free of charge for guests that have their own laptop computers.
