Superbly restored, this spacious detached barn conversion, retaining the original roundhouse, is tastefully furnished and equipped with a superbly fitted limed oak kitchen, well equipped lounge and five bedrooms.

The Roundhouse offers peace and privacy in a beautiful country setting, affording lovely views of the surrounding area.

It is an ideal venue for reunions of family and friends. There is a games room with full size skittle alley, pool table and table tennis and in a separate room is a full size snooker table (adults only).

Ground Floor: Spacious roundhouse lounge, dining room, large breakfast kitchen, utility room, bathroom with toilet and basin.

First Floor: Master bedroom with double bed, two twin bedrooms each with vanity units, a third twin bedroom and a single bedroom with vanity unit. Shower room with toilet and basin.

Pelyn Barn Farm is located at Fowey Cross, just 5 miles from Fowey, the popular sailing village where cruise liners call and 2 miles from the ancient town of Lostwithiel with its abundance of antique shops, galleries and places to eat.

The Eden Project is only 4 miles away, and there are golf clubs, leisure/tennis centre and country walks within easy reach.

The South Cornish coast has quaint fishing villages and sandy coves to explore.
