Park House is a recently renovated detached house, situated at a peaceful spot with stunning panoramic views, across rolling countryside, to the sea at Polzeath, Stepper Point across the Camel estuary, and Pentire Head to the right.

The attractive large terrace in local slate, outside the conservatory, enjoys these views and it ideal for barbeques. The house enjoys a large well maintained garden with plenty of lawn for children's play etc. There is plenty of space for parking 3-4 cars and a garage.

The accommodation, which is furnished to a high standard, comprises:

Conservatory, Open Plan Kitchen/Dining Room, Sitting Room, spacious Hall, downstairs WC and fourth bedroom.

Surrounding the large light landing are first bedroom with double bed, second bedroom twin beds, third bedroom two bunk beds. There are 2 Bathrooms/WCs.

The joy of Park house is that it is only 5 minutes from Rock and it's beach, sailing, Ferry to Padstow, and the famous St. Enodoc Golf Course, another 5 minutes to Polzeath and it's well known surfing beach, another 5 minutes to, for example, the lovely deserted harbour of Port Quin with easy access to the North Cornwall Coastal path. You can return to the relaxation of Park House without the hustle and bustle in the villages of Rock and Polzeath.
