Prices are for bed and breakfast for two nights or more. Bank Holidays a minimum of three nights. Double rooms £80.00 for the room (£40 per person) off season prices reduced by £5 per room (except the annex) Free for baby in travel cot (which we can supply if required). Family Room - rates on request. Single occupancy (out of season only) - rates on request. Dinner 30.00 per person (three course dinner). Childrens' meals available. Baby listening service available upon request. Unfortunately as we have dogs, we are unable to accommodate your pets. However, if you do wish to bring them, we will do our utmost to find accommodation for them nearby.

Justin and Sarah would like to welcome you to Park Farmhouse set in beautiful countryside in the heart of Cornwall.

Dating back to the early 18th Century, it forms part of the Pencarrow Estate which has been lived in and owned by the Molesworth St. Aubyn family for in excess of 200 years.

Whether you stroll through our gardens, relax in the courtyard, or venture out, Park Farmhouse provides a tranquil setting from which to base your holiday.

ACCOMMODATION

Park Farmhouse retains all of its original charm and character enhanced by open fires, beams, window seats overlooking the gardens, and flagstone flooring.

All rooms are sympathetically decorated and combine the comfort of modern living with the romance of the past. Today it remains a romantic, charming, and elegant farmhouse which offers guest comfortable and relaxing accommodations.

The three ensuite double bedrooms (one of which has wheelchair access), are elegantly furnished with period furniture, each having its own distinct character.

One of the bedrooms has a single room available next door - fantastic for families! all rooms have luxuriously appointed baths or separate shower, remote controlled televisions, hair dryer and tea and coffee making facilities.

The spacious and attractive drawing room and dining room, both with wonderful open fires, offer high levels of comfort, combined with a warm and relaxed atmosphere.

CUISINE

English or continental breakfast is served at a sociably shared table in our dining room, using the best of local produce including free-range eggs from our neighbours, locally made sausages, home-cured bacon and home-made bread and preserves.

Enjoy a candlelit dinner selected from our daily-changing menu, or enjoy well earned drinks and a BBQ in the courtyard (weather permitting), both cooked by Justin and Sarah, chefs with more than twenty years experience between them.

All our meals are freshly cooked to a high standard, incorporating our own smoked meats, and fish, and the very best seasonal, locally sourced produce. A selection of Camel Valley wines and sparkling wines are available to compliment your meal. Home-made childrens' meals are available on request.

LOCATION

Enjoy the many sandy beaches and coves, or, beautiful walks along the National Trust coastline, the Camel Estuary, or Bodmin Moor.

The region has been designated as an area of outstanding natural beauty, and offers a wealth of interest to ornithologists, ramblers, and those who love the countryside and the rugged beauty of the Cornish coast.

We are perfectly situated for walking, and cycling the famous Camel Trail, and close by are the unspoilt fishing villages of Padstow, Port Isaac and Boscastle, the golden sands of Polzeath and Rock, the Eden Project, The Lost Gardens of Heligan, the House and Gardens of Lanhydrock, Pencarrow, and Prideaux Place, and the mythical castle at Tintagel, all only a short drive away.
