Parc Webban is situated in the heart of West Cornwall, close to beaches, cliffs and countryside dotted with places of interest.

Gulval Churchtown is a delightful village overlooking Mounts Bay and St Michael's Mount with Victorian Cottages and houses built around a 15th Century church which contains many memorials to the influential and bountiful Bolitho family.

Parc Webban is also extremely convenient for the heliport, which services the Isles of Scilly.

The ancient market town of Penzance is a five minute drive, as are the beaches of Marazion and St Michael's Mount.

The bustling town of St Ives and the beautiful white sands of Sennen are also both fifteen minute drives.

Kitchen Fully equipped kitchen with two oven Aga and Miele. Dishwasher, fridge, toaster, coffee grinder, pots and pans, sharp knives, wine glasses and anything else we could think of that you might like. There is also a utility room off the kitchen with washing machine, tumble dryer, freezer and microwave. There is also a large airing cupboard.

Dining Area Features French windows that open on to the garden on one side and views towards the sea from the other. There is also a TV and stereo.

Living Room A lovely room with sea views to the front of the house. This room also has an open fire, TV, DVD and video.

Garden There is garden all round the house, if you follow the sun you will sit in most parts of it. One of the best spots is to sit in the front garden looking at the sea with a cup of coffee first thing in the morning.

Parking Ample parking out side the house and also in driveway.
