Parc Vean is a detached house that was completely refurbished (2007) to a high standard. On the main road in Trevone it is a 8 min walk to the sea and a a short drive to Padstow. It has 4 double bedroom and sleeps 7/.8 (two bedroom upstairs and two downstairs) and two bathrooms

Ground Floor - Large sitting/dinning room with French doors to a patio area at the rear. Second French doors open out to the garden at the front of the property with wonderful rural views over fields. There is a large leather sofa, TV/DVD/Video/ music system and hole in the wall fire. AA large oak dinning table seats l0.

To the front of the property the garden is grassed. There are steep steps down to the road. At the rear is a patio area with garden furniture. A long narrow drive allows parking for 2 cars and there is also a further parking area.

Trevone a pretty popular village 3 miles from Padstow. There are two beaches ( a sandy for swimming and surfing with a lifeguard during the summer) and a rocky one for rock pooling. There is a thriving shop/PO a farm shop Church, beach cafe and surf shop. There are many activities for you to do, or just relax on the sandy beach.
