THE COTTAGE
Sympathetically
modernised whilst retaining charming features such as exposed beams, slate
flag flooring, bread oven, Cornish fireplace containing a woodburner.
It has a large, mature, private and well kept garden which has three patios,
garden furniture and stunning views from the far end.
The cottage offers self-catering for up to four people, is non-smoking and dogs are welcome.
Accommodation:
Bedroom 1 has 1 king-size cast iron and brass bed, wardrobe and plenty of storage room. Exposed beams. Bedroom 2 has two single beds and storage cupboards. Exposed beams.
The
kitchen has electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing
machine. It is well equipped for your culinary needs. The bathroom with
bath, overhead shower, toilet and washbasin in situated downstairs.
Lounge and dining room has colour TV/video and stereo. There is a large woodburner. Central heating inclusive from 1 September to 1 June only.
Parking for 1 car in driveway and also parking on the lane outside. 2 dogs welcome if well behaved! Electric is included in your rental fee.
